How ONT handles information in Fruit Bloom: Merge & Drop.

This Privacy Policy explains how ONT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Fruit Bloom: Merge & Drop (“Fruit Bloom” or the “App”).

1. Information we collect

Fruit Bloom does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information. The App does not require an account or ask for a name, email address, phone number, location, payment information, or other personal information.

2. Information stored on your device

Fruit Bloom stores only your best score and sound preference locally on your device to preserve game progress and settings. This information is not transmitted to ONT or stored on our servers.

3. Internet access

The current version works offline and does not use an Internet connection to transmit personal or gameplay information to ONT.

4. Advertising

Fruit Bloom does not display third-party advertisements and does not use information for targeted or personalized advertising.

5. Analytics and tracking

Fruit Bloom does not use third-party analytics, behavioral tracking, advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking.

6. App permissions

The App may use your device’s vibration capability for haptic gameplay feedback. Vibration access does not provide access to personal information.

Fruit Bloom does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, files, text messages, phone calls, or financial information.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. ONT does not maintain a server-side database of Fruit Bloom users.

8. Data retention and deletion

Your best score and sound preference remain locally on your device until you clear Fruit Bloom’s app storage, reset or erase your device, or uninstall the App. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete information that we never receive.

9. Children’s privacy

Fruit Bloom is a general-audience casual puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us outside the App, contact us so we can review and address the request.

10. Security

Fruit Bloom minimizes privacy risks by not collecting or transmitting personal information. Locally stored information is subject to your device and operating system security. No method of electronic storage is completely secure.

11. Third-party links

The current version does not contain third-party links within gameplay. Any future external website will be governed by its own privacy policy.

12. International users

Fruit Bloom may be available worldwide. The App does not transmit personal information to ONT, including across international borders.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the App’s functionality or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. If a future version introduces advertising, analytics, accounts, cloud storage, purchases, or other data processing, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated.
