Terms governing your use of Fruit Bloom: Merge & Drop.

These Terms govern your use of Fruit Bloom: Merge & Drop (“Fruit Bloom” or the “App”), provided by ONT. By downloading, installing, or using Fruit Bloom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

ONT grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Fruit Bloom for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules.

2. Acceptable use

You may not unlawfully copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, circumvent restrictions, interfere with the App, use it for fraudulent or abusive purposes, or misrepresent your relationship with ONT. Exceptions required by applicable law remain unaffected.

3. Gameplay and local progress

Fruit Bloom is a single-player game. Scores and preferences are stored locally. We do not guarantee that they will remain available after uninstalling, clearing app storage, resetting or changing devices, or device or software failure.

4. Accounts

Fruit Bloom does not require or provide user accounts in its current version.

5. Advertising and purchases

The current version contains no third-party advertising or in-app purchases. Applicable disclosures and these Terms will be updated if those features are added.

6. Intellectual property

Fruit Bloom, including its software, graphics, game design, branding, text, audio, and other content, is owned by or licensed to ONT and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App. We do not guarantee a particular update, feature, compatibility level, or continued availability.

8. Disclaimer

Fruit Bloom is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONT disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of device use, or loss of profits arising from use of or inability to use the App.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims or losses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the App or material breach of these Terms.

11. Children

Fruit Bloom is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Parents and guardians should supervise minors’ use of mobile devices and applications as appropriate.

12. Third-party platform terms

Your use may also be subject to Google Play’s terms and policies. Mandatory platform rules or applicable law control where they conflict with these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
