Privacy Policy

How Gravity Dive handles gameplay information, advertising data, and your privacy choices.

Gravity Drop Studio, based in India (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operates the mobile game Gravity Dive, identified on Android by the package name com.ont.gravdive. Gravity Dive may be distributed worldwide.

1. Information processed by the game

Gravity Dive does not require you to create an account or directly provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

The game stores certain gameplay information locally on your device, including:

• High score and coin balance
• Unlocked and selected cosmetic items
• Tutorial progress
• Music, sound, vibration, and camera-shake settings

This local gameplay information is not uploaded to our servers. It can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

2. Advertising and automatically collected information

Gravity Dive uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements, including interstitial, rewarded, and rewarded-interstitial advertisements.

Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:

• Device and advertising identifiers
• IP address and approximate location inferred from it
• Device model, operating-system information, and app version
• App interactions, advertisement impressions, clicks, and reward completion
• Diagnostic, crash, and performance information
• Information used to detect fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising traffic

This information may be used to serve and measure advertisements; provide personalized advertisements where consent is given; provide non-personalized or limited advertisements where required; measure performance; prevent fraud and invalid activity; maintain security; and comply with legal obligations.

Google’s handling of information is governed by its own policies:

• How Google uses information from apps and sites
• Google advertising controls

3. Consent and privacy choices

Gravity Dive uses Google’s User Messaging Platform where required to request consent and present applicable privacy choices.

Depending on your location, you may be asked whether you consent to personalized advertising and related data processing. You may be able to review or change your choices through the Privacy Options button in the game’s Settings menu.

You may also manage or reset your Android advertising identifier through your device’s privacy or advertising settings. If consent is required but has not been provided, the game may request non-personalized or limited advertisements, or avoid requesting advertisements where legally necessary.

4. Third-party services

Google AdMob

Purpose: Displaying advertisements, measuring ad performance, processing rewarded-ad completion, fraud prevention, and security.

Provider: Google LLC · admob.google.com

Google User Messaging Platform

Purpose: Collecting and managing advertising-consent choices where required and providing privacy-option forms.

Provider: Google LLC · developers.google.com/admob/ump

These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

5. Data sharing

We do not operate a server that receives your gameplay data. Information related to advertising and device usage may be transmitted to Google and its advertising partners as necessary to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertisements.

We do not directly sell your personal information. However, personalized advertising or advertising-related disclosures may be legally considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” in certain jurisdictions. Where required, applicable consent and opt-out controls are provided.

6. Data retention

Locally stored gameplay information remains on your device until you clear the application’s data, uninstall Gravity Dive, or the information is replaced during normal gameplay.

Advertising-related information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies and applicable legal requirements. We do not control Google’s independent retention periods.

7. Data deletion

Gravity Dive does not provide user accounts and does not maintain a server-side user profile. You can delete locally stored gameplay information by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it. See the Data Deletion Instructions for step-by-step guidance.

8. Children’s privacy

Gravity Dive is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not specifically directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly request or directly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us so that we can review the matter. If Gravity Dive is later offered to children in jurisdictions with additional requirements, we will update our practices and this Privacy Policy as necessary.

9. Permissions

Gravity Dive may request or use the following Android permissions and capabilities:

• Internet access, to load advertisements and consent information
• Network-state access, to determine network availability
• Advertising ID access, for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention
• Vibration, for gameplay feedback
• Google advertising-services capabilities required by the Google Mobile Ads SDK

Gravity Dive does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, SMS messages, phone calls, or personal media.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the game and reduce unauthorized access, misuse, and fraudulent activity. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International processing

Google and its service providers may process advertising-related information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, such transfers are handled according to applicable legal safeguards and Google’s privacy practices.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access information; request correction or deletion; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; and opt out of targeted advertising or certain forms of data sharing.

Because we do not maintain user accounts or receive server-side gameplay profiles, we may not hold information that can be associated with you directly. Advertising-related requests may need to be submitted through Google’s privacy tools. You may contact us if you have questions about these rights.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, advertising services, legal requirements, or data practices change. The latest version will be published at this same public URL, with the effective date updated. Continued use of Gravity Dive after an update means the revised policy applies to your subsequent use of the game.
