The terms that apply when you download, access, or play Gravity Dive.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Gravity Dive, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. License and permitted use
Gravity Drop Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Gravity Dive for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Gameplay and virtual items
Scores, coins, cosmetic items, and other progress are virtual gameplay features. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are stored locally on your device. Progress may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the game, change devices, or if local data becomes corrupted.
4. Advertising and third-party services
Gravity Dive may display advertisements through Google AdMob and use Google’s consent tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
5. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Gravity Dive at any time. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or Android version.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravity Dive is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Gravity Drop Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the game. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL with an updated effective date.
